Mr. Talal Nasser Al Ismaili Managing Director of Gulf Global Land & Sea Services LLC Private Limited, Graduate Engineer in telecommunications from Glasgow Caledonian University. He worked for Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel) for long time as senior specialist Submarine Cables in wholesale business unit of the Organization. During his period in Omantel he was fully involved in all the activities of submarine cable laying for the national and International projects that Omantel has invested in.
Being very senior Permitting And Regulatory Services, he was personally involved in project permitting from Oman Telecommunication Regulatory (TRA) including all other concerned Government institutions. He was taking care of National/International Survey, Installation and repair of submarine cables, vessel clearance and permitting, construction of submarine landing/terminal station and cable front haul infrastructures including beach manholes. Installation of submarine land cables, Ocean ground bed and terminal stations. He worked as Company site representative on the submarine cable laying vessel and Supervise/monitored all inspection, repair and maintenance jobs including ROV, Offshore trenching, submarine cable burial and Diving operations on board.
